...
The pixelgraphics are really nice, the gameplay is nice - although a bit generic - and the difficulty is perfect. A game should be a challenge, without being just overdone. It would be nice to not have to replay the entire level 3 everytime you kill the boss, but that would make the boss less of a challenge. The concept of having music making everything move could've been developed much much further, and the game should've been longer. But apart from that the game is really nice.

It's a big kill
Lovely. In every way. The graphics are very clear and lovely, the music is brilliant and the concept is also good. The voice declaring that spawn stop and such also sounds perfect. Nothing to complain about really.

Lovely game
Completed the game plus the classic mode. The game was fun from the beginning to the end and it never got too hard or complicated. Some parts were stupid with all their spikes and pixelperfect jumping required, but they were few enough to disregard.
The backwards compatibility is not working for me by the way, I got all medals but not a single one updated automatically for me. I've also got both endings in the game, but neither as medals on NG. Oh well, not that important really.
Overall a nice game and still very enjoyable I'd definitely want to see more.

Sunny day for a Castle Crasher

A bit too simplistic
Very little shadowing, and not that good either, pretty meh coloring, the shield looks really strange, the way he holds the sword looks plain bad. The background is pretty much shit too.
Bitch.

Am I a retard
or are your explanations pretty bad? There's a lot of good things mentioned in the tutorial, but your explanation of how they work is really lacking. I understood the tutorial mostly because I already know what you said, but assuming I hadn't known it I definitely wouldn't have been much wiser.
You should definitely not try to improvise, at all. Be sure exactly what to say and how to say it, and skip the "wherever, whatever" and preferably all the "yeah"s too.
Actually explain things, take it from the very beginning and go through it. Your explanation of functions was... well, it wasn't even an explanation it was just "here's a function" basically. Not to mention how much I love that I when watching a tutorial for flash is told to buy a book... Also give better examples really, the tutorial example doesn't really help at all for understanding it.
It got potential to be good, but you must think that you're making movies for complete retards with no previous knowledge. Either that or you tell them to have a basic knowledge of Actionscript. As it's now though it feels like you tell them some basics and then sometime seem to assume they know other basic things. Choose either side, not the middle. You could also consider talking slower, it can pretty much never get too slow really.
thank you i apreciate your review, this is my first tutorial so i didn't expect it too be all too good. but i think ill get the hang of it in the next one (i might just remake this one to be more explanitory )and ill be shure to take more time on it and go into more detail! but basicly in this tutorial i assumed the people had some common sense and could look at some of the things and figure it out but i guess now that i think about it that's not a very good way to do things :P

Hilarious
The end was so... awesome. A obvious 10/10, can't wait for more to come.

Short and fun
I like the short format. If made longer it's easy that it becomes tedious, but kept in this rather short format it's kept fun and entertaining. Would be cool with some more use of different tools though.
